Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative detail-oriented and versatile Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across digital and print channels. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing branding content and leadership teams to create designs that communicate our brand clearly and consistently.

This is a full-time position offering $55000$70000 per year depending on experience design skills portfolio quality and qualifications. Candidates with strong branding digital-design and production experience may be considered toward the upper end of the compensation range.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography composition color and visual storytelling and can take a project from concept through final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for websites social media email campaigns digital advertising presentations and marketing materials.
• Design brochures flyers advertisements presentations signage packaging and other print materials.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with marketing content photography and leadership teams.
• Create and modify logos icons illustrations templates and other brand assets.
• Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.
• Prepare files for digital and print production.
• Maintain organized design files templates and brand assets.
• Review final designs for accuracy consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Stay current with design trends tools and emerging creative technologies.
• Assist with photo editing and other creative tasks when needed.

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years of professional graphic-design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography color theory layout composition and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with Figma or other digital-design tools.
• Experience with social-media and digital advertising design.
• Basic motion graphics or video-editing skills.
• Experience with branding and visual identity.
• Experience with Canva or similar content-production platforms.
• Experience in marketing advertising e-commerce technology or consumer brands.
• Basic understanding of web and UI design.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and design tools.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is $55000$70000 per year depending on experience technical skills portfolio quality and qualifications.

Candidates with strong branding experience advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills motion-design capabilities or extensive commercial design experience may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
