Customer Service Representative Support
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour

SmallBiz Staffing is seeking a  Customer Service Representative Support professional for a local manufacturing company in  Sparta, TN.
This is a temporary position expected to last through the end of the year, with an  ASAP start date.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer savvy, and enjoys supporting customers while working in a fast-paced office environment. Candidates with previous order entry, data entry, or manufacturing customer service experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Enter and update customer orders accurately within company systems.
-Perform order changes, data entry, and customer record maintenance.
-Answer customer calls and emails while providing excellent customer service.
-Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
-Coordinate information regarding deliveries, returns, and product requests.
-Maintain accurate customer files and documentation.
-Support internal departments with customer-related requests and projects.
-Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Previous customer service experience required;  manufacturing experience preferred.
-Order entry and/or data entry experience required

-Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
