Our work is guided by accountability, service, passion, integrity, respect, and excellence—and we're looking for leaders who bring these values to life every day.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the credit union's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, endpoints, telecom systems, and peripheral devices, ensuring high availability and performanceMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and Windows-related issues across branch and corporate environmentsProvide end-user support for technical issues, including software applications, system access, and hardware functionality (onsite, remote, and phone support)Perform system configuration, installation, and testing for workstations, servers, telecom equipment, and other infrastructure componentsAdminister and monitor backup procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and recoverabilityMaintain accurate documentation for systems, equipment, configurations, warranties, and support processesManage and resolve service requests and incidents within established SLA timelines, ensuring timely ticket completion and service qualityInstall, configure, and deploy software updates and new applications across the organizationTroubleshoot and repair IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, phones, and other peripheral devicesWork with cybersecurity tools and follow established security practices to support endpoint and infrastructure protectionStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, security, and efficiencyAssist with planning and implementation of system upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, and technology initiativesAbility to travel to multiple branch locations (9 branches) as needed to provide onsite technical and infrastructure supportAbility to lift and move IT equipment up to 30 lbs as part of regular job dutiesRequirements3–5 years of technical experience in IT, preferably in a financial institutionProgressive experience supporting PC/LAN hardware, software, operating systems, and communication platforms (including Windows, Linux, and enterprise systems such as IBM AS400/iSeries)Experience working within a ticketing system and managing requests in alignment with SLA expectationsStrong independent troubleshooting skills with exposure to infrastructure, networking, and system supportFamiliarity with telecom systems and supporting distributed branch environments is a plusWhy Trax Credit UnionAt Trax, we invest in our employees so they can deliver their best every day.
