Call Center Representative

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Day Shift

System One is hiring a Call Center Representative for a busy medical clinic in Tulsa! We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from patients and customers

• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members

• Provide general information and answer basic questions

• Assist callers in a professional and welcoming manner

• Document and log incoming and outgoing calls accurately

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone

• Support the clinic with additional front-office and call center duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Previous call center, receptionist, medical office, or healthcare experience is a plus

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Professional and friendly demeanor

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data-entry skills

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift
