As an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Clinical Associate at Bancroft’sLindens Center for Autism, you’ll empower individuals living with autism, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities to realize their best life.

Here, we draw upon our leading expertise, best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis, a home-like setting, and a team approach to help children enjoy significant quality of life improvements.

Responsibilities

How You Can Make a Real Impact:

• Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques to teach important life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals
• Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and help prepare individuals to eventually transition to other residential environments
• Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
• Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
• Have completed a minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
• Want to make a difference in the lives of autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals
• Looking to fill 3pm-11pm shifts (Wednesday-Sunday)
