Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring Superintendents, supporting project execution, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead and support multiple active construction projects
- Mentor and coach Superintendents and field teams
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and project execution
- Conduct job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with project management and operations leadership
- Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs
- 10–15+ years of construction leadership experience
- Background in water/wastewater, infrastructure, or coatings preferred strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and project budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
