Description: The purpose of this position is to provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual patient needs. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction. This role promotes continuity of care and cost-effectiveness through the integration of case management, utilization review, and discharge planning. The Case Manager must be a highly organized professional with great attention to detail. Adaptability to frequent change is essential, along with compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines and policies. Candidates must have two years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse. No first-time travelers will be considered for this position. The candidate must be compliant with regulatory and departmental guidelines and policies. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered.
