Registered Nurse

Location: Rookwood Commons and Anderson Towne Center

We are locally owned and operated by a nurse practitioner looking for someone excited to help others feel, look and perform better. Low stress, registered nurse position, requiring excellent IV skills, positive attitude, 8-10 years of acute care or infusion experience, and friendly client interaction. Our independently owned franchise locations put the health of their clients first. When you feel your best and look your best, you’ll live your best. You’ll experience a client focused spa setting in every interaction with Prime IV.

Pay is dependent on qualifications, position (full time/part time), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. All tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages from $5 to $15 per hour additional wage.

Spa Hours (may vary):

9AM to 7PM M-F

9AM to 5PM Sat-Sun

Essential Qualifications

-Skilled and experienced in starting IVs

-8-10 years nursing experience in acute care or IV center

-Nurse management and interactive people skills

-Excellent computer skills including use of medical software, customer relationship management, appointment booking and sales software, excel, etc.

-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

-Passion for people, clients and Prime IV team

-Retail sales and/or membership sales

-Team work and cultivating a 'Team Prime' culture

-Administrative duties (checking clients out, cleaning spa, organizing and restocking)

-Helping grow and cultivate the business and impact in the Cincinnati metro community

What will I do in this role?

- Client greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the client's health goals, what their intended outcomes are, and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

- Health vitals collection followed by IV placement and management.

- Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to clients. Periodic checking on clients for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV.

- Client experience. Our desire is for our clients to add us to their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

- Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Cincinnati and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

- Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our nurses will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.
