Product Manager

*Description*
In this role, you will lead the strategy, requirements, and execution of video player functionality across our streaming platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, QA, Ad Operations, and UI/UX design teams to deliver seamless playback experiences that optimize performance, monetization, and viewer engagement. This role requires deep understanding of OTT playback ecosystems, video delivery technologies, ad-supported streaming implementations, and platform-specific behaviors across desktop, mobile, and connected TV devices. You will own playback-related feature development, troubleshooting workflows, vendor coordination, and roadmap prioritization for core streaming experiences.

* Align the product roadmap with business goals by ensuring features and priorities support strategic objectives, drive value, and address market opportunities effectively.
* Prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals.
* Work with Ad Ops teams to support integrations, measurement, and other ad-supported streaming capabilities across the video experience.
* Collaborate with PMO, engineering, and quality assurance teams to develop and launch new features that improve the viewing experience.
* Translate business objectives, customer needs, and user stories into detailed product requirements, partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

* 4+ years of product management experience driving product initiatives through cross-functional agile teams and applying data-driven product management best practices.
* Experience supporting digital streaming products and applications, with working knowledge of video player technologies (e.g., THEOplayer), ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel), and content delivery ecosystems.
* Experience working within Agile environments, familiarity with tools such as Jira is preferred.
* Strong technical, creative, and strategic acumen.
* Solid visual, design and information architecture vocabulary.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $61.00/hr.
