Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pediatric RN to take the next step in their career by combining hands‑on clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and staff development. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting pediatric clients and their families while leading and developing a team of dedicated field nurses. Highlights Collaborative, team-based office environment Monday–Friday opportunity Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits package Leadership development and professional growth opportunities Career advancement potential As a Clinical Manager, you will Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care Conduct in‑home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses Coordinate and provide ongoing in‑services and education for field staff Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required Hands‑on pediatric nursing experience required Recent bedside nursing experience required Home care or home health experience preferred Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed Join BAYADA At BAYADA, we believe our clients and their families deserve care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
