About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in healthcare financial management to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial oversight, including advanced forecasting, subsidy and stipend negotiation, and corporate development. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in navigating complex revenue cycles, managed care negotiations, and physician-led governance. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring long-term fiscal health and transparency for the physician-shareholders. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include high-level RCM and managed care strategy, physician compensation and equity governance, fiduciary leadership, and benefits strategy. The CFO will also lead the executive team in financial risk and liquidity management, and financial insights and systems leadership. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/MHA in finance or accounting, with an active CPA license being highly desirable, and at least 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within a physician-owned or hospital-based medical group. Specialized expertise in healthcare subsidy modeling, managed care negotiation, and partnership-style financial structures is essential, as is technical proficiency with enterprise-level financial platforms and HRIS/Payroll systems.
