The Sales Floor Associate supports daily store operations by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and ensuring merchandise is well stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them locate products. The Sales Floor Associate also contributes to store productivity by flowing freshly processed merchandise to the sales floor. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced retail environment. Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is an equal opportunity employer./ph3Essential Functions:/h3ulliGreet customers and provide friendly, helpful service./liliNotify each customer about the sale of the day./liliMaintain product displays, signage, and overall sales floor appearance/liliSupport donation flow by transporting processed items to the sales floor, ensuring that every item is in its correct spot./liliAssist with fitting rooms, returns, and customer inquiries/liliFollow loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures/liliComplete weekly pulls and rotation of old stock using the store pulls sheet to keep sales floor fresh and full./liliPick up items left draped over the racks or lying on the floor (overs and unders) to keep sales floor looking neat and organized at all times./liliMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times./liliAssist at the cash register when lines are long or to allow an employee to take a break.
