How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Provide compassionate clinical care by assisting physicians and advanced practice providers with participant assessments, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, preparing exam rooms, and supporting routine treatments.
• Coordinate participant care by accurately documenting provider encounters, transcribing laboratory, imaging, and medication orders, communicating follow-up instructions, and ensuring timely care coordination.
• Support daily clinic operations through appointment preparation, answering phones, maintaining electronic medical records, managing medical supplies and inventory, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining clean treatment areas, following infection prevention protocols, and delivering outstanding customer service to participants, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
