Managing Consultant

Recognized as an advanced individual contributor, the full-time remote Managing Consultant will lead client engagements, providing operational and project-based consulting services while mentoring less experienced team members. Key responsibilities Leading client engagements by delivering effective consulting services and managing client communications Mentoring junior team members and leveraging specialized skills as a thought leader within the team Supporting sales and business development efforts by identifying engagement expansion opportunities and developing relevant materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT, or computer science, or equivalent certification/experience Typically 6+ years of experience in healthcare or healthcare IT, particularly in consulting or professional services Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix-management model Recognized as a subject matter expert in the relevant field or focus area Proven experience in mentoring less experienced team members
