Job Responsibilities Assess clients’ needs and provide appropriate advice on insurance coverage options and their associated costs. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Process applications, payments and renewals. Stay up‑to‑date on changes within the insurance industry. Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Earn weekly commission as well as bonus pay opportunities. Job Details Job type: Full‑time, in‑office (no part‑time or work‑from‑home). Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year. Benefits: Flexible schedule. Experience level: No experience needed (under 1 year). Shift: 8‑hour day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends. Work setting: Call center, in‑person, office.
