Automotive Office Assistant

Keeler is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Office Assistant for a fast-paced, team-oriented business office. This individual must possess exceptional attention to detail, the natural ability to prioritize their workload, and manage their own time. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Responsibilities Separate paperwork for trades, DMV, and bank contracts Verify vehicle trade paperwork completion and accuracy Communicate with sales for missing/incomplete documents Submit vehicle trade payoffs Prepare bank contracts for funding Enter Factory Payable Invoices Photocopying Filing Daily mail distribution Assist Office Team as needed Backup For Accounts Receivable Prepare daily A/R check deposits Monitor customer cash deposits for eligible IRS 8300 transactions Post and review payments for customer cash sales Requirements Strong attention to detail and organization Professionalism Dependable A high level of integrity and ethics Self-motivator Willingness to go above and beyond CDK knowledge is a plus Applicants must have a valid driver’s license Employment Benefits 401K Plan with Employer Contribution On-Site Gym #J-18808-Ljbffr Keeler Motor Car Company
