Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active PT Assistant (PTA) license valid in Missouri or a Compact-license eligible to start the assignment.
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or Rehab settings required.
• BLS certification required. Acceptable issuers: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to implement treatment components under PT direction, assist with transfers and mobility, instruct patients and families in home techniques, and complete related documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising PT to modify care as necessary.

• Shift Details: 8 hour day shifts, 5x8 schedule.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
• Weekend Requirement: None.
