- Review and monitor all program documentation, ensuring that treatment plans and clinical notes are accurate and compliant for Utilization Review. \n
- Conduct random audits of client records, verifying that documentation meets all applicable governmental regulations and internal compliance standards. \n
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and certification guidelines specific to the mental health sector. \n
- Research and plan the development of new or enhanced program services, obtaining necessary approvals for implementation while considering the needs of our clients. \n
In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients in a Detox Center setting, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will be vital in assessing each patient's unique situation, creating tailored treatment plans, and providing compassionate support to help them on their road to recovery.

- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current possession of an active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW). \n
