Senior Account Executive, SMB

Overview Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing primarily on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations, promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers, and aim to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Responsibilities Develop territory and local business partnerships, enhancing Comcast positioning and brand. Maintain quality sales records and prepare activity reports. Drive customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast experience. Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Identify and recommend improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects’ communication effectiveness. Manage territory with a high activity level and a comprehensive business plan. Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction. Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline that meets or exceeds monthly quota performance. Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts and achieve assigned sales objectives. Adhere to all company standards, maintain punctual and consistent attendance, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; combinations of coursework and experience may also be considered). Experience: 5‑7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales of internet, video, or voice services to business customers. Skills: Adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, workplace organization. Compensation Base Pay: $55,000.00. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $105,000.00. Commission potential for high performers.
