Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
? Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
? Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
? 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
? Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
? Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
? Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
