FT THERAPIST

Responsibilities The Therapist is responsible for obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities. River Point Behavioral Health is a 80‑bed adolescent and adult Baker Act receiving facility located in sunny Jacksonville, Florida. The therapist will work with experienced staff to provide individualized care and promote crisis resolution, personal growth, and problem‑solving. Qualifications Applicant must have a Master’s degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a related field.
