Hiring Clean Room Assemblers - Pay up to $19/hour in Beverly, MA

Pay & Shift :

• First shift - 7AM-3:30PM (MONDAY-FRIDAY) with $17/HR
• Second Shift - 3:45PM-2:15AM (MONDAY-THURSDAY) $19/HR

Responsibilities

• Assemble neurosurgical sponges in a clean room using a thread and sewing needle.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for medical device assembly.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistent quality and accuracy.
• Use hand tools and manual techniques to complete precise, small-component assembly work.
• Inspect assembled products visually to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with clean room protocols.
• Handle materials and components carefully to avoid contamination or damage.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
• Hands-on assembly or production experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills for working with small components and sewing needles.
• Ability to follow written work instructions accurately and consistently.
• Comfort using basic hand tools in a production or assembly setting.
• Ability to maintain focus and quality in a structured, process-driven environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
