Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Santa Ana, CA. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, as well as accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Daily tasks include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory stock levels, and verifying shipping and receiving documentation. The role also involves keeping the warehouse clean and safe, following company procedures, and collaborating with team members and drivers to ensure efficient order flow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, with the ability to verify orders, check documentation, and manage incoming and outgoing materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading, including safely handling products and preparing items for delivery or storage.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with a focus on safe movement and stacking of materials in the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for counting, labeling, and tracking inventory.
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly, stand for extended periods, and follow safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse or construction materials experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
