Bingo Attendant - Tropicana Laughlin

Whether transporting Charter Air guests, supporting Valet and Bell operations, or assisting with special events, you'll deliver the comfort, safety, and Family?Style Service that define our brand.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, guest?focused Bingo Attendant to help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming Bingo experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a lively environment, and takes pride in delivering Family?Style service.
What You'll Do:
- Call a portion of all Bingo sessions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Sell paper and electronic Bingo units to guests
- Pick up winning Bingo cards on the floor and pay out winnings accurately
- Assist guests with questions, equipment, and game procedures
- Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth Bingo operations
- Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
- Exhibit Caesars Entertainment's Family?Style Service at all times
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three months of casino?related experience or equivalent training preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
- Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Must possess and maintain the applicable regional Gaming card and a valid Health card.
