Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Administer medications, keep precise records, and communicate with patients regarding their condition and care
• Collaborate with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
• Adapt and float to Tele/Medical-Surgical units as patient care demands

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting
• Ability to manage patient care with ratios of 1:3-5 and float to other units with higher ratios
