Therapeutic Case Manager- Multiple Locations

Therapeutic Case Manager, Newark, Miller's Run, Sutton, and Burke SchoolsAs the NKHS Therapeutic Case Manager you will be based out of the Cornerstone School day treatment program integrating the support services for students. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate, backed by a strong clinical team providing individual and family supportive interventions. Collaborate with school personnel to develop treatment and transitional plans for students in Caledonia County for Cornerstone school and the Kingdom East Collaborative. Opportunity to be deeply connected in a small school setting while gaining valuable professional experience.Schedule follows typical school calendar and includes summer program. 40 hours/week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. Follows school calendar plus summer programming for approximately 5 weeks.
