Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) – Part‑Time, Fee‑for‑Service, Weekend Availability Required $65 per session (90837) | Administrative Support | Flexible Scheduling Location: Manalapan, NJ Additional Opportunities: Shrewsbury and/or Virtual A Flexible Role for Clinicians with Evening & Weekend Availability We are specifically seeking clinicians who are available to work evenings and/or weekends - our highest-demand hours for client care. The role offers the structure and support needed to grow a sustainable caseload - without the burden of managing scheduling, billing, or intake. At Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC), we’ve built systems that allow clinicians to focus on clinical work while our administrative team supports the operational side. About Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC) Exceptional Wellness Counseling is a clinician‑owned, multi‑location group practice in New Jersey. We are structured to support therapists through strong leadership, efficient systems, and a collaborative team environment. Facilitate group therapy (if experienced and interested). Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with external providers and community resources when needed. Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning. Schedule & Expectations Part‑time, fee‑for‑service role. Minimum expectation: 12 clients per week. Required availability: at least 2 evenings (after 4pm) and/or 1 weekend day Evening/weekend hours will be prioritized in caseload building Primarily based in Manalapan with potential flexibility. What We’re Looking For Licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW). Experience with children (age 5+) preferred. Experience with couples therapy preferred. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented. Motivated to grow clinically and professionally. Able to consistently support evening and/or weekend client demand. Compensation & Benefits $65 per session (90837). Based on licensure level, experience, and availability. Sick time in compliance with NJ Earned Sick Leave Law. CEU support and wellness stipend.
