Adecco is assisting in recruiting for an Registered Nurse Clinical Reviewer (Coding Academy) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering $21.00 per hour , with a remote work model after onboarding . Responsibilities Participate in an 8-week Coding Academy designed to prepare Registered Nurses for the Clinical Reviewer role. Complete training and prepare for the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) certification exam , with the certification exam cost covered by the company. Apply clinical knowledge and coding principles to review medical records and support accurate coding processes. Complete an additional 8 weeks of role-specific training after obtaining certification. Maintain confidentiality and securely handle protected health information and medical records. Meet training and performance expectations throughout the program. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing licensure OR coding certification. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office . Fully bilingual in English and Spanish , with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a private and secure workspace suitable for handling protected health information. Camera participation is required during training. Willingness to work onsite temporarily if additional coaching or performance support is needed. Compensation & Schedule $21.00 per hour Temp-to-Hire Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Business hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM ATL 11 positions available Start Date: Monday, November 2, 2026 Coding Academy & Training RNs hired from Puerto Rico will participate in an 8-week Coding Academy . The company covers the cost of the AAPC certification exam , with two opportunities to pass. Failure to obtain certification after two attempts will result in termination of employment. Upon certification and conversion to regular employment, a 12-month retention policy applies. Employees who voluntarily leave before completing the retention period may be responsible for repaying certification costs on a prorated basis. Following certification, employees complete an additional 8 weeks of role-specific Clinical Reviewer training . Training is fully virtual and self-paced , with ongoing support from trainers and supervisors. Work Model Onsite for first day onboarding; then remote beginning Day 2. Training is conducted virtually and requires a private, secure workspace. Camera participation is required during training. Employees may be asked to work from the office temporarily if additional support or coaching is required.
