Job Title Registered Nurse – CVOR Location Phoenix, AZ Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care within a cardiovascular operating room environment, including open heart, vascular, endovascular, thoracic, esophageal, hepatobiliary, and transplant (lung, liver, and kidney) cases Support a high-volume OR suite consisting of six standard ORs and one hybrid OR, with approximately seven cases per day Participate in mandatory call coverage, including one to two nights per week and one weekend of first call and one weekend of second call per month Float to General OR or BNI OR as needed Serve in a charge nurse capacity as required Demonstrate and maintain competency in sterile field technique, Foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes as assessed through a skills simulation lab Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certification Demonstrated competency in sterile field technique, Foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes Experience in cardiovascular or cardiac operating room nursing Proficiency with Cerner and Surginet EMR platforms Preferred Experience / Skills CNOR certification Experience with hybrid OR cases and complex cardiovascular surgical procedures including transplant surgery Prior experience working alongside CSTs in a high-acuity OR environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity, high-volume cardiovascular OR performing a diverse range of complex surgical cases Engage in a dynamic team environment with access to a hybrid OR and a broad spectrum of specialty surgical procedures About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
