About the Role Animal Magnetism Pet Professionals, Inc. is looking for reliable, energetic Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to join our trusted West Los Angeles team. In this role, you’ll spend your days walking dogs (often in small, friendly pack walks of up to five dogs), administering meals or medications when needed, caring for other pets during in‑home visits, and maintaining client trust through key control and clear communication. The ideal candidate is experienced with animals, physically active, dependable, and passionate about providing safe, loving care. Compensation & Perks $19/hour starting pay Mileage reimbursement if you use your own vehicle Small daily cell phone stipend for work‑related usage Paid training and opportunities to grow with us Flexible scheduling options Company vehicle provided for pack walks Responsibilities Walk dogs on 60‑minute pack walks (up to 5 dogs at a time) and individual walks as scheduled Safely manage multiple dogs on leash — most are already in established packs, though occasionally you may introduce a new dog Transport dogs to and from walk locations (company vans provided for pack walks) Provide meals, water, and medications as needed Send daily updates and cute photos to clients Care for other pets too — cats, birds, even ducks! — during in‑home visits Maintain key control and follow company protocols for home access Requirements 18 years or older Hands‑on experience with dogs (walking, shelter, vet, or training is a plus) A dependable, patient, and passionate animal lover Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record A smartphone for scheduling, GPS, and sharing those pup pics Physically able to walk 4–5 miles per day Comfortable working independently and following client instructions Responsible and trustworthy with keys and client privacy Willing to complete Pet CPR/First Aid certification (we’ll pay for it!)
