Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Schedule: Night Shift 7p-7a

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid State RN license or Compact License
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- 3 years previous nursing experience preferred
- Must have strong MS/Tele experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assess patients upon admission to obtain medical history, vital signs, and current medical status.
- Plan and implement care plans under the direction of a Physician.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes:
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
