Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa ID a Level III Trauma center serves the region in providing the highest quality close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Wide array of cases to include General Orthopedic OB/GYN Urologic and Trauma with potential to rotate to regional trauma center where cases can additionally include Neuro Vascular ENT and Cardiac. There are no complex pediatrics burns or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.

Requirements:

• Completion of a graduate program.

• Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

• Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
