As the LifeEnrichment Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Conductingassessments of the interests, functional levels, and the physical, mental, andpsychosocial needs of all residents DevelopingActivities care plan goals and approaches and communicate resident responses Encouragingresident participation in activities while respecting resident choice Interactingwith residents, family members, co-workers, and visitors Theideal candidate will possess the following: Licensedor registered by Indiana as eligible for certification as a TherapeuticRecreation Specialist or as an Activities professional by a recognizedaccrediting body Twoyears of experience in a social or recreational program Year of full-time employment in an Activities Program in a health care setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
