Pharmacist

Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking a highly capable, motivated, and team-oriented pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. This role blends operational excellence with meaningful clinical impact, offering an opportunity to practice at a high level while directly improving patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include accurately dispensing medications in compliance with all state and federal regulations, overseeing daily pharmacy workflow to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality service, supervising and supporting pharmacy technicians and staff, maintaining proper inventory management, storage, and recordkeeping, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting and optimizing 340B program operations and medication access, providing medication counseling and patient education to improve adherence and outcomes, identifying and resolving medication-related problems, collaborating with providers and care teams on medication therapy decisions, supporting chronic disease management, and contributing to medication therapy management, transitions of care, and care coordination.

Required qualifications include a doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution, an active pharmacist license (or eligibility) in Ohio, strong clinical knowledge and sound professional judgment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage both operational and clinical responsibilities effectively. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) or similar setting and experience with 340B programs.

Compensation and benefits include competitive pay (based on experience) and paid holidays. Eligible to apply for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment.
