Spot Driver

Revolution is seeking a reliable and safety focused Spot Driver to join our Terre Haute team. This position plays a critical role in supporting plant operations by safely transporting trailers, materials, and finished goods between company facilities and nearby warehouses. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers, materials, and products between Revolution facilities and designated warehouse locations.
• Perform trailer spotting activities to support production and shipping operations.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Operate trailer dollies and other equipment as required.
• Provide cross training and support for other Spot Drivers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Support plant operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Clean and insurable driving record required.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a driving a manual transmission truck.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to safely operate tractor trailers and trailer dollies.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly climb, bend, stoop, and enter and exit equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
