Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient hospital Operating Room setting
• Perform circulating nurse duties throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations as determined by unit needs
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submittal (Temporary or Permanent)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated ability to function as a circulating nurse in the OR
• Minimum 1.5 years of continuous inpatient Operating Room experience (no breaks to other units)
• Recent inpatient hospital OR experience required; surgery center experience does not qualify
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months of work history

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Completed skills checklist demonstrating OR circulating competencies
• Supervisory-level professional reference available upon submission
• Prompt interview availability, including time zone, within the same day or next 3 business days
