Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry data.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate care with other healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care instructions.
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
NIH Stroke Scale certification.
Experience in Telemetry nursing preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Shift Details

3x12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night.
Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Day Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Patient Care Ratio

1:5 patient care ratio.
