Pay-per-Visit Rates - $60.00 to $70.00 per Point
Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement and referral program

Overview

As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice
Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience a plus
Current CPR certification
Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
