Our client, an organization dedicated to providing exceptional service in the pet care industry, is seeking a receptionist to join their team. As a receptionist, you will be an essential part of the front office support team, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in animals, which will help foster positive interactions and contribute to a supportive workplace atmosphere.

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $10-$15

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm

• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering phone calls and managing appointment scheduling
• Providing information about services and assisting with inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
