Pay & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), $550,000 (4-6 years), $600,000+ (7+ years)
• Bonus: Up to $75,000 annually based on performance
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000
• Additional Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance, 176 vacation hours/year plus 240-hour carryover, 120 sick hours/year, 8 holidays, $7,500 CME allowance, 401(k)/403(b) plans, full Ohio State University retirement benefits, and licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and establish a community-based vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
• Manage a full spectrum of vascular conditions including aneurysms, carotid disease, limb salvage, and hemodialysis access
• Perform open and endovascular procedures with a focus on patient-centered, high-quality care
• Provide clinical consultations, develop treatment plans, and supervise advanced practice providers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology
• Participate in program growth, recruit additional staff, and help transition to advanced facilities (e.g., hybrid OR)
• Serve as a clinical faculty member and educator for medical students, residents, and fellows
• Share in call responsibilities and contribute to institutional service activities

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Ohio
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Experience in both open and endovascular procedures
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
