Description

American Traveler is hiring an ARRT-certified CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift contract at a large magnet hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Details

• Large 1,059-bed Magnet-designated hospital and regional flagship facility
• CT Scan department with a high volume of 270–290 scans per day
• Utilizes GE and Canon CT equipment
• Epic EMR
• 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Rotating schedule across a 4-week cycle with every other weekend and holidays as assigned

Requirements

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (XR) required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience
• Ohio state license required; pending license accepted
• Active BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Large hospital experience preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Performs and completes diagnostic CT and radiographic procedures in accordance with ARRT guidelines
• Responsibilities include patient preparation, proper positioning, and radiation safety for both patient and operator
• Charcoal grey scrubs required
• Candidate's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility's central Columbus, OH location to be eligible for this position
