About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations with a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in the areas of metal fabrication or precision manufacturing. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for championing safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading all manufacturing operations to support the company's significant growth. This role is not about maintaining the status quo but about building the operating infrastructure, leadership bench, and performance culture necessary to scale the business. The VP of Operations will work closely with the CEO, driving long-term operational strategies, and will have full ownership of plant operations, capital deployment, and multi-site management teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of scaling a business and expertise in Lean manufacturing as a growth strategy. The role requires a leader with financial acumen, direct accountability for budgeting, and a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in OEM manufacturing, renewables, or industrial sectors is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a history of partnering with senior leadership to align operational strategy with company-wide growth objectives and be familiar with the demands of a PE-backed environment.
