Benefits Administration Specialist

RiseMe in Ankeny, IA seeks an Employee Benefits Representative to be the primary contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims. You will support compliance, billing, data accuracy, and vendor file management, and assist with annual open enrollment and life-event processing. The role requires 2-4 years in benefits administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and HRIS/payroll experience.
