We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient, home-based, and community-based programs, including a continuum of crisis services to over 22,000 residents of Shelby County. We're committed to bringing compassionate and dedicated individuals to help us continue to provide the best services to our community.The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership for the assigned clinic and assists with overall operational excellence. This role ensures high-quality client care by supervising the clinic assistant and clinicians, monitoring staff productivity, reviewing clinical documentation for timeliness and accuracy, and maintaining compliance with agency and regulatory standards.QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Psychology, Human Services, or related field (required)Current Tennessee licensure in a mental health discipline (required)Supervisory and program administration experience in behavioral healthStrong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to balance staff, client, and organizational needs effectivelyKey ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group supervision to clinical staffMonitor staff caseloads, productivity, and service delivery standardsReview and approve clinical documentation (including monthly quality audits) to ensure accuracy, quality, and timelinessAssign cases and oversee treatment planning, staffing, and follow-upEnsure compliance with accreditation, licensure, grant, and agency policiesResearch and address client complaints/concerns with effective resolutionsSupport professional development and provide coaching/training to staffAddress performance issues and ensure accountability for outcomesProvide clinical backup as needed and assist with complex casesCollaborate with administrative staff to support efficient clinic operationsMonitor and approve clinical staff leave requestsEffectively manage and provide direct care to a reduced caseload size to be determined by clinic volumeScheduleFull-time (minimum 40 hours/week)BenefitsHealth & Wellness: Medical, dental, vision, FSA, long-term disability (company-paid) Financial Wellbeing: Competitive pay, life insurance (company-paid), 403(b) with company match, employee discounts, loan forgiveness eligibility Career Development: Growth and advancement opportunities Work-Life Balance: PTO, paid holidaysALLIANCE is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE M/V/F/H).
