$100,000–$120,000 Base Salary + Commission
$175,000–$250,000+ Earning Potential

SureRoof is looking for one proven sales professional for the Bozeman and Big Sky market.

This is a sales position.

Your primary responsibility is to sell roofing projects, close business, and produce revenue.

We are willing to guarantee a six-figure base salary because we are looking for someone who has already proven they can perform at a high level.

Minimum expected annual production: $1.7 million.

This is not a training position and not an opportunity for someone wanting to “try sales.”

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will be measured.

You will have a sales goal.

You will be expected to build pipeline, perform inspections, follow up, ask for the business, close deals and produce revenue.

The right person should be capable of getting into the field immediately and creating opportunities from the beginning.

We expect:

• $1.7M+ minimum annual sales production
• Strong closing ability
• Consistent prospecting and pipeline development
• Excellent follow-up
• High personal accountability
• Professional communication with high-end homeowners
• Ability to work the Bozeman and Big Sky markets
• Accurate CRM and pipeline management
• A documented track record of sales success

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000

PLUS commission on production.

A proven producer should reasonably expect total compensation of approximately $175,000–$250,000+ .

Benefits include company vehicle, company phone, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) company match and paid holidays.

There is also an opportunity for the right high performer to grow into greater sales and leadership responsibility.
