Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Executive to join our team in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of brand initiatives while helping maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across campaigns, events, client interactions, and internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of brand initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Support Brand Executives with day-to-day project coordination and campaign activities.
• Help maintain consistency in brand messaging, presentation, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with promotional events, presentations, and customer-facing activities.
• Gather customer and market feedback to help identify opportunities for brand improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Maintain organized records of ongoing brand projects and activities.
• Support communication between team members, clients, and external partners.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor project progress and assist with meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during company and client-facing activities.
