Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated paralegal to support our personal injury litigation practice from intake through resolution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation files from filing through trial preparation Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents Prepare demand packages, case narratives, and settlement documentation Coordinate with medical providers to gather records and bills Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters Track deadlines and manage case calendars using Clio Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case files Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience (required) Strong understanding of Florida civil litigation procedure and deadlines Experience with Clio or similar case management software preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently Professional demeanor with a client-centered approach Team player who works well with attorneys and staff in a collaborative environment Speak Spanish (strongly preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience, attitude, commitment, and communication skills Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a real impact for clients in our community Health Insurance 401K 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Personal Injury Litigation: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Maddux P.
