You'll work closely with clients across industries, handling complex tax matters and contributing to our firm's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual,corporate, partnership, trust, and exempt organization tax returns,including multi-state filings.
- Review client general ledgers andfinancial statements; prepare adjusting journal entries for book and taxpurposes.
- Provide proactive tax planningand consulting to clients.
- Develop and maintain strongworking relationships with clients.
- (Manager-level only) Superviseand mentor Tax Accountants and Associates, review their work, and supporttheir professional development.
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting(Master's in Taxation a plus)
- Minimum 5 years' recent publicaccounting experience for Sr. Tax Accountant; 8+ years andproven team leadership for Tax Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of taxlaws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal,organizational, and communication skills
- Sr. Tax Accountant: $125K+ base, full benefits
- Tax Manager: $130K-$140K+ base, full benefits
