Multifamily Groundskeeper: Exterior Care & Resident Service

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for our multifamily communities in Georgia. You will perform landscape maintenance, clean driveways and common areas, and assist with pool maintenance as needed, contributing to an inviting exterior image. You’ll work with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff, provide friendly resident service, follow safety rules, and be available for evenings or weekend shifts as required.
