About this Role: Step into a leadership role at REP Fitness! As the Assistant Retail Showroom Manager, you’ll take the reins of our Denver Showroom team - guiding Sales Specialists, Stockroom Associates, and the Stockroom Supervisor - ensuring the floor runs seamlessly whether or not the Showroom Manager is present. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the Showroom Manager to drive daily operations, hit revenue goals, and uphold the exceptional service standards REP is known for. Essential Functions: Assist in achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and planning labor needs. Assist with merchandising in accordance with sales promotions and marketing plans and seeks ways to better promote the product line and service within the store. Provide world‑class service to in‑store, online and virtual customers. Become a subject matter expert in both REP’s products, and standard operating processes. Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal and safe shopping experience. Process sales orders, returns and exchanges. Engage with the community through local outreach, events, etc. Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist in leading a high‑level team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training employees. Assist in scheduling for employees, ensuring adequate personnel are on hand to provide outstanding customer support. Ensure performance standards and procedures are met by the team on a day‑to‑day basis, through coaching and counseling. Shadow and observe Retail Specialists once a month, ensuring selling behaviors match the standards set by REP. The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, calculating key performance indicators. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university preferred; or two to three years related experience in the following areas or equivalent combination of education and experience, and one to two years’ experience in leading and developing a team. 1‑2 years' experience leading and developing a team. Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience working in a CRM and/or Shopify a plus.
